Review:

Echangeimmo, a member of CHECtravel, underwent a complete upgrade in 2008 and has recently (June 2009) redesigned the site again. We love it! It is French only, with its English counterpart being HomeForSwaps.

The new design has not only enhanced the beauty of the site, but has made navigation easier. Search is map based. Contact information, while limited to members, is still not as secure as it could be since the member name and phone number are visible inside the member area. They also have a great policy of placing listings with pictures first (approximately 90% have images). All listings on echangeimmo have membership dates; however the lifetime membership option may make for some older listings. Echangeimmo makes it easy to see how active those lifetime members are with the last update clearly noted.

Echangeimmo shares listings with three other sites, which are unamed. Two of those agencies are in Canada and one is in the U.S. Updated 2/10
