Review:
ExchangeHomes.com, a CHECtravel club, had an extensive face lift in February '08(and a good one if I may say so). It has many features that make it easy to find an exchange partner. It has a very detailed search engine with many options including reverse search, dates, kind of area and even high speed internet. It also lists the expiration date of the listing. A lifetime membership option can lead to older listings, though. Also added is an exchange rating system allowing swappers to comment on their latest trades. ExchangeHomes.com doesn't publish listings that are rentals only; all members must list "home exchange" as their first option
Recently the agency has entered into a partnership with Global Home Exchange and Echangeimmo and their American counterpart HomeForSwaps. All members of ExchangeHomes automatically become members of Echangeimmo and HomeForSwaps. Membership in Global is free but requires a separate membership.
ExchangeHomes.com has close to a 90% picture quotient. The agency is one of the best for having features that make an exchange happen! Updated 02/10
