Home Around the World is a gay and lesbian site offering home and hospitality exchanges, house sitting and room exchanging. In addition, it has recently added vacation sharing and friendship and networking. Home Around the World also now offers membership for gay friendly folks.

The newly redesigned site is attractive and easy to use. The site is easy to navigate and offers a comprehensive aid to home exchangers called "The Essential Guide". The newly added join and expiry dates are major pluses, especially since the site does offer a 5 year membership option.

However there is no search option for geographic location; the only way to find a specific location is to type it in. Some of the features that a member can list are gay specific. A new map feature on each listing is excellent. The decision to display the map is up to the member.90% of their listings have accompanying images (up to 12). All in all, this new site design is a very significant improvement. Well done! Updated 02/10
