A little about Agreement Forms:

KYT has put together these forms in both MS Word Template and the universal “PDF” format. If you are a Windows user you can open these forms in MS Word, fill them in and save them and/or email them as either “.doc” or “.dot” file documents. Make sure to rename them to personalize them for a specific home exchange. The “PDF” form can be opened and printed directly from the KYT web site, filled in and sent through the regular mail service.

Although these forms include a signature line. how you use them is up to you and your exchange partner. If you and your exchange partner agree that signatures are required (we highly recommend the use of the Automobile Exchange Form if you are planning on including a car in your trade), then fill in the forms either on line or by hand, print them if filled in on line, sign them and mail them to your exchange partner (possibly when you send your key). Alternatively agree to leave the signed form(s) in an obvious place for your exchange partner to retrieve upon arrival.
